mEET THE FOUNDERS

Mallory is a mother to two beautiful little ones. She met
her husband Josh in grad school while pursing their advanced nursing degrees.
She spends most days connecting with her clients over needles and lasers, as
the medical director of a local aesthetics clinic.

Mallory knew, without a doubt, that she wanted to be heavily
involved in her own kids' education. Once she was introduced to the Apogee
programs, she quickly saw how her personal growth positively affected her
family...and she wanted her children to be able to experience the same kind of
practical education for life.

Mallory believes in empowering families, which often starts
with the mom: the glue that holds the family together! She envisions a future
for her community in which strong families support each other (and the coming generations). Backyard ducks/chickens optional, but highly encouraged.

Together, Josh and Mallory enjoy the constant pursuit of
self-improvement: challenging hobbies, mental growth through books and
podcasts, and personal development through trying hard things. They hope to
pass onto their children a love of adventure, an eagerness to learn, and an
independent spirit that will allow them to prosper through any challenge life
can offer!

Josh is a dedicated husband and father of two, with a
passion for bow hunting and ultramarathons. These hobbies offer priceless,
unforgettable adventures and teach lifelong lessons. For Josh, they build
confidence, discipline, and consistency—traits he hopes to instill in his
children, family, and the surrounding community.

As a Nurse Director over the Emergency Services at a Level 1
Trauma center in Montana, Josh takes great pleasure in leading his teams. The
most rewarding aspects of leadership for him are mentoring others and
witnessing the realization of their visions.

Mallory and Josh have always aspired for their children to
be visionaries and leaders, to be fearless and make the world a better place.
This aspiration has led them to the Apogee programs.
